Сдаётся дом на берегу Волги, первая береговая линия. Подойдёт как для семейного отдыха, так и для отдыха с друзьями. В доме есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Предоставляется постельное бельё, полотенца. На кухне имеется вся необходимая посуда, эл. плита, посудомоечная машина. В доме 4 спальни, размещается до 8 гостей. Два санузла, сауна в доме, стиральная машина. Из гостиной выход на открытую веранду, откуда открывается вид на Волгу. Первая береговая линия. На участке имеется мангал, очаг для посиделок с друзьями. Для детей есть детский городок, батут, дартс. Удобное расположение позволяет путешествовать в Углич (32 км), Мышкин (10 минут до переправы), Рыбинск (30 км), Ярославль (60 км).

Advantages:

Шикарно отдохнули с детьми. Ездили в Рыбинск, Мышкин. Очень тихое атмосферное место на берегу волги со всеми удобствами. Дом оснащен абсолютно всем (и даже больше). Спасибо, Ирина и Александр за радушный прием)))
