Advantages:

Удобное расположение. Много места. Удобный 2 этаж. Рядом с домом - детская площадка. Недалёко крупные магазины. Быстро получилось заселиться и выселиться. Заселение без присутствия хозяйки квартиры очень удобно. Всё было на хорошем уровне

Disadvantages:

Был грязный пол. Пришлось самим его мыть по приезду
