Advantages:

Дом свежий, всё необходимое есть, можно разместиться большой компанией. Для того, чтобы тихо и спокойно провести время очень хороший вариант.

Disadvantages:

Пока вокруг дома негде прогуляться, т.к. везде идёт стройка. Дверь в ванную комнату заклинило, еле открыли всем коллективом. Хозяйка сказала, что её иногда заедает. Об этом стоит предупреждать заранее.
